3. How we share information

Bay Street Lending is a financing marketplace. To match you with lenders, we share your application and supporting documents with the lending partners we believe fit your profile. We share information with:

• Lending partners in our network when they are being considered for your financing.
• Service providers (CRM, cloud hosting, document storage, e-signature, email) bound by confidentiality.
• Credit bureaus and verification services to validate application information.
